Refunds and your consumer rights
Version 1.0 · effective 31 October 2026
Part of our Terms of Service (version 1.0, effective 31 October 2026).
Your consumer rights
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled: to cancel your service contract with us; and to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value. You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If the failure does not amount to a major failure you are entitled to have problems with the service rectified in a reasonable time and, if this is not done, to cancel your contract and obtain a refund for the unused portion of the contract.
Our extra promise
If a document we prepared has an error that is our fault, we'll fix it free within 2 business days of you telling us. If we can't, we'll refund the fee you paid for that document. This is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Contact: Brandon Finance Pty Ltd trading as SueAnyone, ABN 19 680 914 676, sue@sueanyone.com.au. Claims under this promise: email us with your case reference; we bear our own costs of fixing the document.
Change of mind
Change-of-mind refunds are not available once a document has been unlocked. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
How to ask for a fix or a refund
- Email sue@sueanyone.com.au with your case reference (it starts with SA-) and what is wrong.
- We'll acknowledge it within 5 business days.
